An excellent opportunity to introduce yourself to Taiji and other Chinese exercise routines or to increase your knowledge.
Six hours of exercise split into two sessions (9:00-
Sessions conducted by an English Instuctor trained and qualified in China to teach Worldwide.
Each session will provide an insight into some of the many exercises taught by Yong Nian Taiji (UK) in regular classes including Tai Chi hand and sword forms, “Lian Gong” (a complete system of healthcare) and other energy training exercises (Chi Kung).
Attend for an hour or two, a session or the full day!
