For tendonitis in elbows, wrists and fingers.

Aching neck / shoulder and stiffness in lower back.

 

Stand upright with feet shoulder-width apart, elbows flexed, fists clenched.

 

Release both fists and raise arms above the shoulders with palms pushing away (two-finger space between thumbs). Return to start position making fists.

 

Rotate the upper body 90 degrees to the left and push both palms straight out at shoulder level. Return to centre then repeat exercise by turning 90 degrees to the right. Return to centre and then push both palms out to the sides without turning the body.

 

Finish the exercise by stepping in (feet together) hands by sides.

 

Upper body must remain up-right, arms in line and palms fully bent.
