This site is dedicated to the promotion in the UK of two forms of Chinese exercise routines: Yong Nian Taijiquan (Traditional / Authentic Yang Family Taijiquan in the tradition of Yang Chengfu and Fu Zhongwen) and Lian Gong Shi Ba Fa - The Complete Therapeutic & Healthcare Routine as developed in Shanghai by Dr. Zhuang Yuan Ming

following his training with Grandmaster Wang Ziping.

Both Yong Nian Taijiquan (UK) and Shire Hill Lian Gong Shi Ba Fa Association are based in Glossop, Derbyshire but have (and are continuing to develop) affiliated instructors in other parts of the country.
